I work as a recruitment consultant at FutureWork. My role involves finding, interviewing, and supporting candidates who want to work through us. I build talent pools in various cities and ensure the right people are placed in the right positions.

What makes this work important to you?

I find it valuable to help people find suitable jobs, especially if it means a new opportunity or a fresh start for them. It's satisfying to see my efforts have a direct impact on someone's future.

What do you want to mean within FutureWork – for yourself, for others or for the organization as a whole?

I want to contribute to a strong team and ensure a positive and inclusive experience for both candidates and colleagues. Personally, I want to continue to grow in the recruitment field, and for the organization, I want to help FutureWork become even more prominent.
