Who are you, in a few sentences?

Connecting, helping, and organizing are key concepts for me; something anyone who knows me would agree with. These values ​​are important in my personal life, but certainly in my work as well. At FutureWork, I can leverage my experience to move us forward by optimizing processes, implementing automation, and supporting our team’s personal development. The best part is that helping others allows me to keep learning, something that matters greatly to me. Outside of my work at FutureWork, I serve as a volunteer and coordinator for the Red Cross and as a board member for the Amersfoort Business Association.

What is your role within FutureWork, and what exactly does it entail?

As Head of Operations, I am responsible for day-to-day operations; I work closely with our clients and employees to deliver high-quality, personalized service and align our processes accordingly.

What makes this work important to you?

Having lived in the United States myself from the age of 13 to 20, I know how important it is to quickly find your footing in a new culture and feel like part of it. That is the primary connection I share with newcomers. Through the Red Cross, I have also been able to assist refugees at various reception centers, making it very tangible what these people have endured and how much they need our help to move forward and lead independent lives.

What do you want to mean within FutureWork – for yourself, for others or for the organization as a whole?

Work and language are the key to a future for newcomers. It makes me happy to be able to contribute to this.
