My name is Frank Kleinhout and I live in Haarlem with my wife, Karen, and our two sons, Seb and Maas. I love being outdoors and enjoy sports like CrossFit, soccer, and the occasional run. You'll also often find me at festivals or Ajax matches.
I'm a director at FutureWork, which means I'm ultimately responsible for our team and our results. But I'm not the type of director who spends 40 hours a week behind a desk or only in meetings. I enjoy being on the road and talking to new clients to show them the added value of newcomers.
I/we are in a fairly good position in the Netherlands with the work I have and the (financial) opportunities available to us. This isn't a given for newcomers. That's why I think it's important that we open doors and create opportunities for them too, so they too can access work and enjoy all the benefits that come with it.
I believe it's important that everyone who works at FW enjoys their work and finds fulfillment in it. I try to support this and explore how we can make our work even better for ourselves, but especially for newcomers as well. I look at the talents of my colleagues and capitalize on them. I also look at the talents of newcomers and find them suitable jobs.

"FutureWork took a significant burden off our hands through screening, guidance and knowledge sharing. My advice: just go for it and let yourself be guided. They provide tremendous support, and then you see that you can easily bring a new target group into your workplace."
